Choriocarcinoma is a subtype of gestational trophoblastic disease. It very rare neoplasm, with incidence about 1 case in 40.000 pregnancies. Gestational form choriocarcinoma arises most commonly after abortion, while nongestational develops from pluripotent germ cells. Choricarcinoma highly malignant and chemosensitive type tumor. A 43-year-old patient diagnosed extra uterine pregnancy September 2017 was treated methotrexate no response had surgical removal right Fallopian tube. one half year pregnancy. Radiological imaging before treatment showed pulmonary inguinal lymph node metastases tumor invasion the anterior wall. Surgery performed due to heavy bleeding wall invasion. As high risk she received chemotherapy. She followed radiologically her serum ?-HCG monitored. Refractivity chemotherapy protocol during observed. Therapy achieved administration EMA-EP modification i.e. three consecutive negative follow-up values were obtained radiological findings disease free. One month signs level normal.
